About Me

Hi, I'm Capus. It's great to meet you!

I love helping people like you tackle challenges and live their best lives. Being a guide and mentor is what drives me. Life can sometimes feel confusing, but we can work together to make sense of it all. Facing the things that hold us back is tough, but I'm here to support you every step of the way.

We all face challenges, and it can be hard to handle them alone. That's where therapy comes in. With my experience, we can look at your life and find new ways to move forward. I believe that with the right support, you can make positive changes and build a fulfilling life.

Feeling stuck despite trying self-help and talk therapy? It happens. But I can help you put the pieces together. You're driven and curious about yourself and the world, and that's great. I want to help you make sense of everything. Your past efforts have led you to this point, and I'm excited to build on that. Let's work together to unlock your potential and create the life you deserve.

“I never thought I can get a therapist that understands me so well. Capus is a Godsend.”

Here's a bit about me.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker, dedicated to helping people across Georgia. I graduated from the Masters in Social Work program at Valdosta State University. I'm driven by a desire to make a difference in the lives of those I serve. Let's work together to build a better future.

I chose social work because I've always wanted to help others and create positive change. I wanted to understand the larger societal issues at play. This led me to focus on mental health care, affordable housing, and equity. I believe we can make meaningful changes by addressing the systems that hold people back.

What I love about social work is the chance to help people from all backgrounds. It's fulfilling to support individuals at different life stages and with various challenges. My work is guided by values like inclusion, self-expression, personal autonomy, and integrity. If you're looking for someone committed to making a positive impact and social justice, you're in the right place. Let's make a difference together.
